Director of Operations & Client Services
Lindsey Delahunt joined the Compass Group in 2020 as director of operations and client services. Lindsey supports the team by ensuring strong client satisfaction and providing strategic oversight of client-facing materials, deliverables, and tools central to the fundraising consulting operations.
As a seasoned professional in relationship development, Lindsey brings to Compass her operations management experience for complex organizations and their key stakeholders. Immediately prior to joining Compass, Lindsey served on the behavioral health team for UnityPoint Health Hospital. In this role, she conducted comprehensive assessments and provided tailored relationship development for patients and their families. Before the healthcare industry, Lindsey worked in the private sector including a decade with the financial institution CEFCU and several years with a property management company, advancing client satisfaction by assessing and meeting the diverse needs of diverse clients.
Lindsey holds a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Counseling with an emphasis on systems analyses from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Western Illinois University.
