Peter Czamanske recruits executives for international, national, local and not-for-profit corporations. He has focused on senior level executive positions and key executives in operations management, supply chain, finance, sales & marketing, engineering and human resources for a variety of industries.
Peter has contributed to the evolution of our information technologies, operations and financial analysis advancements within the Compass Group companies and remains involved in our strategic planning and the organization's commitment to continuous improvement.
Prior to joining Compass Group in 1990, Peter was employed on the trading floors at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and The Chicago Board of Trade working for a variety of trading groups. Prior to his trading experience, he accumulated experience in sales, customer service, operations and marketing positions with BMW, Lincoln-Mercury, Merrill Lynch, and Ford Motor Company.
Peter has been a panelist representing executive search on human resources associations and leadership forums. He is also a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oakland University, Rochester, Michigan.
