Vice President

Jerry Lipe joined Compass Group in 1988.  He has conducted senior executive level searches in general management, operations, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, information technology and human resources for Compass Group clients in automotive and non-automotive related industries.

During his corporate experience, Jerry served as Vice President Human Resources for Andrew Corporation and held human resources executive positions with Lever Brothers Company, P.J.S. Enterprises, UMC Industries and Sperry Corporation. His industry experience includes electronics, metal fabrication, automotive, consumer products, printing, publishing, broadcasting and graphic arts. 

Jerry received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from Loyola University. Additionally, he has completed the Executive Development Program in Human Resources at Penn State University.  Jerry is also a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
