The Executive Search Consulting division is staffed by full-time professionals with wide-ranging business experience. We specialize in high-level executive positions, on a retained basis only. We base our success on finding and recruiting top-notch executives who will make a long-term contribution to our client organizations.

In 1988, Compass Group was accepted into membership of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), a national organization of over 100 quality retained search firms. Our consultants adhere to a strong Code of Ethics and Professional Practice Guidelines, as established by AESC.

Compass Group was named as one of the "Fifty Leading Retained Executive Search Firms in North America" in February 1997 by Executive Recruiter News. We are the first Michigan-based firm ever named to this list. This honor is based on criteria such as quality, ethics, reputation, and contribution to the profession.
